Privacy Policy
Irish Legal Toolkit is a local-first solicitor practice application. Your client/case data, documents, and settings are stored on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud folder sync or optional Microsoft 365 integration.
Who we are
The software is provided by the publisher listed on the installer / Microsoft Store listing (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@irishlegaltoolkit.com (update this address when your domain email is live).
What we collect
- Nothing by default. The desktop app does not send client file data to us.
- Optional folder mirror: If you enable sync to a folder you choose (e.g. OneDrive), that data is governed by your cloud provider’s terms.
- Optional Microsoft Graph: If you connect Microsoft 365, tokens are stored locally for OneDrive API use only.
- Website: This marketing site may collect standard server logs (IP, user agent) via your host. No marketing trackers are embedded in this static package by default.
- Support email: If you email us, we process the content of your message to respond.
What we do not do
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not operate a central server that stores your client files by default.

Irish Legal Toolkit is a practice management and document production tool only. It does not replace professional legal judgment. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before use, issue, or filing.
Data location
Application data is stored under your user profile (e.g.
%APPDATA%\ie.legal.toolkit\ on Windows). Uninstalling the app
does not automatically delete this folder.
Your rights (EEA / Ireland)
Where GDPR applies to processing we control (e.g. support email, website logs), you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Client matter data on your device is controlled by your firm as controller.
