Privacy Policy
Irish Legal Toolkit is a local-first solicitor practice application. Client and case data, documents and settings are stored on your device unless you enable folder mirror sync or optional Microsoft 365 integration.
Who we are
The software is provided by the publisher named on the installer or Microsoft Store listing (“we”, “us”). Contact: philipmanning1992@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Nothing by default. The desktop app does not send client file data to us.
- Optional folder mirror: If you enable sync to a folder you choose (for example OneDrive), that data is governed by your cloud provider’s terms.
- Optional Microsoft Graph: If you connect Microsoft 365, tokens are stored locally for OneDrive API use only.
- Website: This marketing site may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent) via the host. No marketing trackers are embedded in this static package by default.
- Support email: If you email us, we process the content of your message to respond.
What we do not do
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not operate a central server that stores your client files by default.

Irish Legal Toolkit is a practice management and document production tool only. It does not replace professional legal judgment. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before use, issue, or filing.
Data location
Application data is stored under your user profile (for example
%APPDATA%\ie.legal.toolkit\ on Windows). Uninstalling the app
does not automatically delete this folder.
Your rights (EEA / Ireland)
Where GDPR applies to processing we control (for example support email or website logs), you may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Client file data on your device is controlled by your firm as controller.
